PRACTICE #7 COMPLAIN

Dear Mr. Perez,


I am writing to complain because well instead of 2 x 3 cm components; you sent me 3 x 2 cm components and the D70 motor you sent doesn´t work! I talked to someone from the company and he said he would send it back to me. Your website says that items in stock are delivered in 48 hours.

Two weeks passed, and nothing arrived. However, I notice thay payment had been taken from my credit card. I phoned your custumer service line, and the person that spoke to, receptionist Lara, was very rude and  unhelpful. She said that the packaging was not in stock, and that she didn't know when they would arrive. She could not explain why the money had been taken from my card.

I have bought many things from you over the years in Twiney's, and I have always had good service.  I can only imagine that this is a departure from your usual high standars, and I am sure you will be able to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
